I've been trying to contact someone at Focalecig for a couple of weeks now but every time I send an email to service@focalecig.com I get the following delivery message 

 These recipients of your message have been processed by the mail server:

service@focalecig.com; Failed; 5.1.1 (bad destination mailbox address)

I've just sent a video message over Skype about my warranty problem - we'll see if that works?

@Doris, you must look into your email server, i failed for sending email to service. Luckily i got you from skype.
